AVGD developed the project proposal for The Point, a residential release within the Stadia Precinct development on Hobart’s waterfront.
The project established a distinct identity for The Point while maintaining a clear connection to the broader Stadia Precinct brand. A circular wave motif, refined typography and a palette of deep navy and coastal blue created a visual system informed by the development’s waterfront location.
The proposal brought together architectural and interior renders, residence plans, specifications and location mapping within a cohesive editorial framework. Materiality and craftsmanship were carried throughout, with a focus on Tasmanian timber, stone and the considered detailing of each residence type.
From individual apartment layouts through to penthouse rooftops with private pools and gardens, each element was designed and presented with consistency and clarity.
The result is a comprehensive, market-ready project proposal that gives The Point a distinct presence within Stadia Precinct and establishes a strong visual foundation for its release to market.
